L'Hospitalet de l'Infant's town festival
It includes sixty very varied events: cultural, sporting and recreational, so that everyone can enjoy it. Among the most outstanding and traditional events are the popular fideuá, the great fireworks exhibition castle, the Nit de foc (Night of Fire), the Havaneres, the Trobada (gathering) of giants, ‘grallers’ and other festive groups, and the walk up to the chapel of Sant Roc.
There are also concerts, dances with an orchestra and sporting activities, such as the swimming crossing of the port, the kayak route, aquagym, the chess championship, clay pigeon shooting, football matches, ‘bitlles’, etc. On the other hand, the associations have their own space where they can meet and carry out activities, which tend to attract young people in particular, and specific proposals are organised for children and the older people.
Another notable festival held in L'Hospitalet is the Festa de Sant Pere, which is organised around June 29. It is a small festival, of the people and for the people, and we recommend that you check out the programme of events when you come to see it!
